Custom Cake Inquiry Form

Custom orders must be placed 3 weeks in advance to ensure availability. A 50% deposit is due at the time of placing the order. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Please provide as much information as possible, when completing the form.  Last minute order maybe subject to a rush fee, if the order is accepted. Please allow 24-48hrs for a response.
