All sales are final. We do not accept returns.  All lost, stolen, spoiled or damaged product will not be refunded. Please feel free to send an email to Helpmonetsweetcreations@gmail.com, to answer all questions and concerns. 

Each order is made on-demand at the time of  purchase.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, which can prevent you form receiving your order.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Shipping time is in addition to order processing time. Orders received during the weekend or holiday, will be processed on the following business day. 

Once order has been shipped, you will be sent a confirmation to the email provided.

Order will ship in 1-3 days via UPS.
